Some years ago, I faced a life-changing event that brought me to my knees. I endured a long and challenging legal battle for nearly three years, certain truth would prevail.
Though it wasn't publicly recognized, it prevailed nonetheless and I was faced with a choice: to stay down or to reclaim my energy.

I cocooned for a while, reflecting and using the time to create the energetic space necessary for a breakthrough. So much needed to be cleared. Then, RiseSurviveThrive was birthed. ​​
